For the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy I was pretty sick. In October I went to Doha to visit my parents and I ended up in hospital with a bladder retention problem. It was horrible and SO painful and I had to have a catheter fitted. Anyway, I won't go into all the details but one very positive thing came out of it ... Dr Eman, who was my doctor while I was in hospital. We went to school together and I hadn't seen her for over 10 years. She was absolutely fantastic and helped me so much - I've never seen such a happy, friendly doctor (and I'm not only saying that cause she's my friend). She is always smiling and happy and that really helps when you're in hospital and not feeling well! Anyway, it's great to be back in touch with her again.
Back to my pregnancy. Once I passed my first trimester, I have never felt better! I loved being pregnant, especially once my bump started to show and my pregnancy progressed. I was hardly ill at all and I felt great, ok, a little tired maybe, but it was wonderful!
Here are some pictures of my pregnancy ...

Picture 2: 24 weeks(you can see I've already lost my belly button and had to remove my piercing)
